Today this small company has about 2.5 hectares of vineyards in the hamlet of San Rocco a Mont\u00e0, with a total annual production of about 30,000 bottles. The winery has 1.5 hectares that belong to the denomination, equally divided between arneis and nebbiolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DOCG-Denomination wines:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Roero<\/strong>: from vineyards located in Mont\u00e0, it ages in stainless steel vats for 6 months, 12 months in small oak barrels, then for at least 4-6 months in bottle, with a total annual production of about 1,000 bottles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Roero Arneis<\/strong>: from vineyards located in Mont\u00e0, it ages 6 months in stainless steel vats then at least 2 months in bottle, with a total annual production of about 4,000 bottles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carlo Casetta took over the family winery in 2011 at just 21 years old.
